What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you give us: name, email address, phone number, postcode, the services you are interested in, how you heard about us and your message. If you go ahead with an eligibility check we may ask for information about your home and household circumstances, including benefits, which we only collect where needed for a scheme.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and provide quotes (legitimate interests / steps before a contract).
• To check eligibility for and apply to energy schemes, with your consent.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

Only where needed for your enquiry: installers, accredited energy assessors, energy suppliers, local councils or scheme administrators, and our IT and email providers. They must keep your data secure.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Customer records are kept for up to 6 years for legal and warranty reasons.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@jtpropertiessolutionsltd.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
